Summer baking..

Baking in the summer? Truth is, i just can't do it.. not in the house anyway.  It is just too hot.  

So last week, we decided to try out baking on the big green egg and it was a huge success!

We made my favorite muffins.

and a summer favorite, Chocolate Zuchinni cake!
