Dry Ingredients:
2 C rolled oats
3/4 C millet flour
1/4 C chopped pecans (optional, or other nuts/seeds)
1/4 C chocolate chips
1/2 C coconut sugar sugar
2 tsp. pumpkin pie spice
½ tsp. salt
Wet Ingredients:
1 cup your choice of milk (i used unsweetened almond)
1-2 tbs maple syrup
2 flax eggs (2 tbs ground flax whisked with 6 tbs water)
1 tsp. vanilla
1 tps chia seeds
Preheat oven to 350.
Mix flax and water and chia seeds and set aside for at least 5 mins. In two separate bowls, mix dry ingredients, and wet ingredients.
Pour wet into dry, mixing until combined. Pour batter into a greased
baking dish (9x13, or 2 8x8). Sprinkle raw
oats on top.
